The presentation is a PADI Pro Night session by PADI Course Director, John Trilli, representing Divers Two Inc. and PADI. Come in to learn about being a PADI Pro on the river, here at Divers Two Inc. We will have light refreshments. In case of inclement weather, the talk will be hosted indoors.
John Trilli ; PADI Pro Night
Born & raised in Brooklyn, NY, I spent most of my childhood and teenage years near and around the sea. Whether it was nature walks through the marshland water front of Sheepshead Bay or fishing the Hamptons for a weekend... Most of my free time was spend by the sea. My favorite TV series is "The Undersea World of Jacques Coustea." Each episode aired once a week and after I watched it, I couldn't wait for the week to pass so I could watch the next episode! Also, the name of Jacques Coustea's research vessel "Calypso" made a lasting impression on me. My favorite movie is "Jaws". Not too long after Jaws was released I moved from Brooklyn to NJ. It was at that time that I walked into Divers Two. Divers Two changed my life! As soon as I entered Divers Two, I was greeted by the most kind, friendly, courteous and professional group of people I ever met. As I browsed the store, something caught my eye. It was like a mini yellow UFO was in the display case. I asked the owner what is that? He said is is a Sony underwater housing and a sony 8mm video camera so people can take a video underwater. OMG!! I knew nothing aout diving but I bought the housing and the camera. I had to have it! After I took the camera home I said now what? So I went back to Divers Two and asked how I can make underwater movies like Jacques Coustea, and that was the start of my new life. Divers Two certified me and they took me diving. They taught me more then I could ever imagine. To this day, I still have the same amount of love and respect for the staff, the shop and the owner.

Stephanie Huynh ; Intro To Sharks
Stef’s presentation is an interactive shark lesson presented by local diver, Stephanie Huynh, representing the nonprofit, Sharks4Kids. She'll be dispelling common myths and talking about why sharks are important parts of the oceanic ecosystem followed by an interactive lesson in shark tagging.
Stef is an avid shark diver who has admired sharks from a young age. She loves sharing shark facts with kids and dispelling common shark myths through virtual and in person lessons and social media videos.

Join Scuba Steve in revisiting the Dive Tables, the Wheel, and Computers on the river, here at Divers Two Inc. We will have light refreshments. In case of inclement weather, the talk will be hosted indoors.
Steve DiGuiseppe ; Dive Tables
Steve is a PADI Master Instructor and has been with Divers Two Inc. for over 4 decades. Steve received his Basic open water certification in 1982, Divemaster in 1987 and Instructor in 1997, becoming a Master Instructor 2007. Steve was Training Director for Divers Two from 2001 to 2012. Steve also helped crew on a lot of different dive charter boats throughout his career. Steve's passion has always been to teach everyone the sport he loves, to allow them experience the underwater world that he so loves. To maybe, just maybe change their lives for the better as it has done for him.
